QUALITY ASSURANCE
EU Services has adopted an ISO 9000 approach to quality and the program focuses on two areas. First, quality procedures are a considerable part of the production associates training. Second, the procedures are reinforced and improved on a daily basis via the management team and regularly scheduled cross-functional meetings. These meetings involve production workers, production management and customer service personnel.
The implementation of the quality program is handled via employee training and an extensive management sign off procedure throughout the entire manufacturing process.
EU Services' strategy for ongoing quality analysis and improvement focuses on four areas: technology, production equipment, people, and error analysis.
