BENEFITS

EU Services recognizes the invaluable contributions made by each employee to the overall success of the organization and offers both competitive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits for full-time employees include the following:

Employee Life Insurance
EU provides life insurance for their full-time employees. The benefit is two times gross salary up to a maximum of $100,000. EU pays the total cost of this benefit.

Health Insurance
EU offers two health insurance plans to all full time employees who have completed 90 days of service. Employees have a choice of a high-deductble HMO with the option of adding a Health Savings Account or the Blue Preferred PPO plan.

Flexible Spending Accounts
EU offers these tax deferred accounts that allow employees to pay for medical and dependent care expenses. Employees can contribute a maximum of $5,000 for medical and $5,000 for dependent care and will receive a debit card to access these funds. EU pays the total cost of this benefit.

Family Dental Plan
EU will reimburse up to $1,500.00 per year per family for full-time employees. EU pays the total cost of this benefit.

Short Term Disability
If a full-time employee becomes injured or sick off the job, EU provides short term disability benefits for up to 90 days.

Direct Deposit
The Company offers direct deposit for employees who are interested in having their entire check deposited to any participating bank or credit union.

Funeral Leave
In the event of the death of an immediate family member, EU will grant three days of funeral leave.

Paid Time Off
Paid leave accrues based on hours worked. For the first year of full-time employment accrual begins after 90 days.

Employee Assistance Program
A free, confidential professional counseling program is offered to employees and their immediate family members who are experiencing personal problems.

After Six Months of Service:
Profit Sharing/401(k) Plan —
(Entry dates are January 1 and July 1)
EU has a profit sharing/401(k) plan. To be eligible for entry into the plan, you must be 21 years of age and work 500 hours in a six month period. Partial vesting begins after two years of service and the employee is 100% vested after six years.

Tuition Assistance —
The company offers full time employees an Educational Assistance Plan for courses directly related to their work. The Company will reimburse tuition and books when you successfully complete the course with a passing grade. Employees will be reimbursed up to $3,000 a year.

After One Year of Service:
Long Term Disability
Long term disability begins after short term disability (90 days). EU shares the cost 50/50 with employees. Cost is based on salary.
