Our experienced and highly-skilled employees are unparalleled in the industry and thrive on building personal customer relationships while rising to the unique challenges that come with each individual direct mail program.
EU Services is a veteran-owned, high-growth, profitable organization based on a rich history of customer care and with a clear vision for the future. Let us light the way.
Our History
When you choose to do business with EU Services, you automatically become part of the family because at EU, the business is family.
In 1968, John C. and Marjorie Mackey founded Envelopes Unlimited, a small envelope printing business. More than 40 years later, that small company has evolved into the large, cutting-edge direct mail marketing firm it is today. J. Bruce Mackey, son of the founders, and John R. Loudon, EU’s very first employee, now own the company and are committed to carrying on the time-honored business practices and core values passed down from John and Marjorie. Both owners are also keeping the family tradition strong: Bruce Mackey’s sons Jeff and Jimmy are part of the EU team as are John Loudon’s sons Tom and Dave.
Branching out into the future is easier when you are firmly grounded in your roots. That’s why EU Services - led by President Art Simpson and a strong management team - continues to adapt to emerging technologies and ever-changing communication channels in order to maintain its position as an industry leader.
Our Environmental Commitment
EU Services is setting a high standard when it comes to protecting the environment for future generations. By using recycled materials whenever possible, reducing our own waste, and utilizing environmentally-friendly products and systems, we are dedicated to continually improving our impact on the planet. Our commitment to understanding and evaluating our environmental performance provides an example for our suppliers, customers and competitors to follow.

Our Community Commitment
At EU Services, we’re proud of our employees’ enthusiasm for giving back to the community. Whether by helping needy families, sponsoring local charity events, or providing emergency relief aid, members of the EU family find a myriad of ways to make a difference.
Much of our community involvement is handled through EU Services’ non-profit charitable arm called the EU Caring Campaign, which is directed and managed by our employees. Funded 100% by employee payroll deductions and matching funds from the company, the EU Caring Campaign serves five main sources of need: local families, emergency aid, special projects, charitable organizations and educational assistance. Since its development in 1981, it has continued to lend a helping hand to those less fortunate.
